The first event will feature Aarhus-based vibraphone player Viktoria Holde Søndergaard. Viktoria is a younger-generation Danish vibraphonist, composer, and the leader of the band "Baryl". The band established itself in the Danish jazz scene in 2021 with the debut album "Allerede mandag?"
 
In 2022, "Baryl" won JazzDanmark's "Jazz Competition" and the band's album became the "Album of the Week on P8-jazz". The same year, Viktoria Søndergaard won the "Tivoli's jazz prize" and "The Aarhus Jazz talent prize".

The “The Rhythm of Success” artist talk event series is supported by Spar Nord Fonden and organized by the Center for Dansk Jazzhistorie and pianist/composer Agne Pasaraviciene.
